Qorvus Long-term Support Packages

Qorvus now offers three long-term support packages for Internet Service Providers. These are available on a renewing 30-day subscription basis (minimum 6-month commitment). The Silver package gives you unlimited access to our Qportal customer portal system which includes geo-mapping, trouble-ticket initiation for technical support, click-to-view IP camera images, and automated email alerts for node failure as well as a growing variety of other features. The Gold package adds software patches and updates for all Qorvus registered nodes at no additional charge. The Platinum package adds up to 4 hours per month of real-time phone or email technical support (approximately $400 at our standard rates).

Have one of our experienced field engineers will come to your location and help you stabilize and improve the performance of your  outdoor wireless network!  We will work with you to optimize your system settings,antenna installation, selections and hardware deployments to maximize uptime and dramatically  improve total system performance.

The Qnode™ and MeshCam™ work best with heavy-duty outdoor antennas, preferably mounted in a clear area at least 15 to 25 feet above nearby obstructions, and with clear line-of-sight to the next node. While many third-party manufacturers provide standard outdoor antennas for use with 802.11 devices, Qorvus offers several antennas and cable assemblies specifically certified for proper operation with the Qnode™:  To avoid potential problems we require approval from our field-service staff for your specific situation.
